All
shipping costs are based on shipments to the continental United States.
Alaska and Hawaii will have higher shipping costs. Contact us before
ordering for those states for an exact quote on shipping cost. We are
not doing international orders at this time.
Return Policy
If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within
10 days of receiving your purchased item.
Please be certain to send us an email of your request.
All items must be unused and accompanied with a copy of the invoice and
the provided return form.
Software, DVDs, CDs and other items must also be unopened to be
considered for a refund. This pertains only to boxed software, dvds and cds. Sleeved items will only be considered for exchange. Working merchandise will incur a 15%
restocking fee.
Incompatible merchandise is still considered working if there is
nothing wrong with it.
All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will
make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request.

Return and Exchange Instructions
You
may return your merchandise to us for a refund, in which case we will
refund your funds in the manor that they were paid or you may exchange
for the same product if it is still in stock.
All products must have complete content.
Once we receive your request for a return , we will email you a return
merchandise arthorization (RMA) form.
Simply fill out the return form, include it in the packaging it was
sent in. Along with a copy of the original invoice and mail it to the
enclosed address. Make sure the RMA number is visible on the outside of
